Yes. At Starlet we make every effort possible to show the features of the items ( color , textures, etc.) as close to reality as possible.
Starlet Shoes only sells items in perfect condition, so if you ever receive an item that is not, please contact our customer service department.
After making order you will receive an email contains your order details and you will receive your receipt with your order on delivery .
If you want to view your older orders you can go to “My Account” page and visit the “Orders” tab .
Unfortunately if you receive a product that failed to meet your expectation you can return back it to Starlet Shoes or exchange with any other design.

Yes. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the color and size you specify. If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.
Starlet use overnight delivery service with courier partner company. Buy it may take 3-4 working days for order delivery. Please note there can be delays caused by events that are outside Starlet control.
