All starlet products are made on international standards & starlet team is always heedful to give best services to their customers. For this purpose we requested to all our customers to read the following customer care policy carefully so that we can made our services better for you.
In case of claim repair or replacement of product it is necessary to keep your invoice with you.
In case of exchange of size & design (provided that shoes pair in unused) you can change size or design by showing invoice within 15 days after purchase from any of our outlet.
If design or size will not be available, a credit voucher will be provided to our customer which can be used on any of starlet outlet.
In case of any manufacturing defect customer can claim within 30 days along with invoice.
Sole replacement or any stitching defect services can be provided free of cost to our customers within 30 days after purchase.
Claim or repairing facility is not available for those pair of shoes which are purchased under sale promotion.
All complains will be resolved within 15 working days. If complains could not be resolved within 15 working days. You can contact to customer care assistance directly
For online orders you can replace your shoe size or design by sending it back to starlet head office or either visiting any nearest outlet of starlet.
IF the item(s) on your order are out of stock in our warehouse, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory. You will be informed via phone in case a shipment is delayed due to any reason.
We will only exchange any starlet item(s), if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. You need to register complaint from any of starlet outlet. Then product will be send to our manufacturing department for claim approval.
